We refined the company’s tone of voice to make it more confident and conversational. That laid the foundations for developing the ‘your expert mate’ concept, which provided an overarching proposition for a range of creative campaigns.
Wild West Wednesdays and Supplier of the Week drove traffic to a new Channel Graham blog. Collaborating with suppliers to launch and shout about new products was a huge success. And celebrating the company’s culture, expertise and longevity proved hugely popular on social media.
